How to reach the reception
From the apartment entrance door, follow these simple steps.
Facing the door, go left and enter the Hotel Hambros park
Turn immediately right, passing the Restaurant
Continue to the Hotel Hambros reception
Things to know
A few practical details for your stay.
Flexible check-in
Check-in is arranged directly with the manager before arrival. Feel free to communicate your expected arrival time.
Access
Entrance to the apartments is via a shared staircase. Once you have collected the keys at reception, you can access the apartments freely.
No smoking
All apartments are strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
Parking
The Hotel Hambros car park may also be used by apartment guests.
🚫 Pool NOT available for apartment guests
Important: under Italian law and Tuscany Region regulations governing swimming pools within hotel facilities, the pool in the park is NOT accessible to apartment guests in any way. It is exclusively reserved for guests staying at Hotel Hambros, a separate facility managed by a different company, with which there is no contractual relationship. It is not possible to use the pool under any circumstances, not even for limited periods or time slots. Please respect this legally-imposed restriction.
